The Viieristi Nature Trail introduces the natural and cultural values of the alvars of the Sõrve Peninsula. Sõrve is the southern tip of Saaremaa, where alvar juniper scrub, coastal boulders and traces of wartime history form a unique mosaic.
The alvar landscape typically lies on a limestone slab, with thin soils in places. Suitable for walking on foot.
