Toila, on the shore of Narva Bay in Ida-Virumaa, is an official swimming beach. It lies between Jõhvi (10 km) and Sillamäe (14 km). In all 7 monitored seasons the water quality has been at least good. The nearest weather station is Toila-Oru, practically next to the beach.
